Hydromassage
The guest lies in a hot bath with the water temperature at 35 degrees C. The soft massaging effect of the warm water has a relaxing and healing effect on the muscles and joints. It is excellent for blood circulation and a general feeling of relaxation and well being.
Vichy shower
An energising treatment with water jets of varying temperature and pressures.
Scotch shower
A high-powered water spray using hot and cold water. An excellent invigorating, energising and cleansing treatment.
Massage
The massage is generally targeted at areas where secondary changes have occurred as a result of a reaction to primary disease. Its aim is to speed up the recovery process by improving circulation to the problematic area. Is a muscle manipulation intended to stimulate circulation, increase suppleness and reduce stress.
